Seasoned Tilapia

I love fish and this looked like a quick and easy recipe (originally from jujugoodnews)... it turned out really good and it's super simple.

Seasoned Tilapia
Makes 4 servings

1/4 C extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed (I minced it)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1 tsp dried mustard
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp chili powder
1 pinch cayenne pepper (I used more because I like it spicy)
4 tilapia filets, thawed

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Combine olive oil, garlic, and all spices.
3. Dip each filet in seasoned oil and place on baking sheet.
4. Pour remaining oil over filets and place in oven.
5. Bake for about 10 minutes.

Enjoy!!! We had it with steamed broccoli :)

  1. Your blog is my new cookbook. I'm not kidding. I'm going to start at the bottom and work my way up and never have to come up with my own idea for dinner again! ;)
